Terms of Sale

PRODUCT SUMMARY 

The products sold through this site involve the delivery of advertising content and display services. All advertisements must be delivered to The Pasadena Journal camera ready or “Web Ready”, therefore, The Pasadena Journal holds no warranties or responsibility for typographical, artwork or other errors in the content of the advertisements and information provided by the advertiser.

DELIVERY TIME

Advertising files must be submitted to journal@pasadenajournal.com and delivered by Thursday 5pm prior to our Thursday publication date in order to be included in that weeks issue.

GENERAL RETURNS POLICY

All sales are final and no refunds or credits will be issued except in the case that service is not delivered as agreed, on time in the specified issue of the Pasadena Journal online and the material is dated by its very nature. In the event that The Pasadena Journal does not receive camera ready or “Web Ready” material, The Pasadena Journal reserves the right to reject the advertisement and cancel payment.

WEB READY MATERIAL

“Web Ready” means that your advertisement is delivered in one of the following formats and meets the specific parameters as stated in our online advertising rate sheets: We accept files in the following formats for publication on our website .jpg (JPEG), .gif and .png.

DESIGN SERVICES

The Pasadena Journal does offer “Web Ready” advertising creative services for an additional fee. If you would like to discuss this option please contact us.
