March 2, 2009 Journal Staff

Welcome to the New Pasadena Journal. In celebration of our 20th year of publication we have upgraded our website to begin offering more online community interaction. This is a new technology for us so our plans will take some time to develop but here are some of our immediate plans:

We will be offering 2 levels of membership: 1) General Member 2) Paid Subscriber. Below is a summary of the benefits of each membership level.

General Membership:

By simply registering with us and validating your account (by clicking a link that is sent to the email you provide us) you will be able to add comments, view past web articles in our Article Archives and, eventually, access selected “members only” areas of our website.

Paid Subscribers:

If you are currently an “e-Subscriber” you may have already been added to this. Please try to login using the email address we send your paper to each week. You will need to request a temporary password by clicking the “Forgot my Password” link. If your email address is not found don’t worry! Just register and then use the form below to tell us your paid subscriber access needs to be activated!

If you currently have a paid home delivery subscription you are also eligible for an e-Subscription and for access to the Paid Subscriber Resources here on our website. In order to activate your e-Subscription and online access, please complete the form below so that we can activate your membership.

Paid subscribers will be able to download a pdf version of our complete newspaper, including all advertising and articles that will not be posted online. In the coming months we plan to offer many more online benefits for paid subscribers!

Thank you for being a part of the Pasadena / San Gabriel Valley community and our publication. We look forward to sharing our growth with you!
