One of the goals of the day is to keep you moving so you can also join us in the parking lot at 12:30 p.m. to get your Wobble, your Cupid Shuffle and your Slide on!

During the day, you can also visit the Wii Fit Station to play different games. If you hang around until the end of the day, you could be the lucky winner of a Nintendo Wii courtesy of the Pasadena Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Other prizes will also be raffled throughout the day.

While you're at Health Summit 2012, stop by the many vendor tables so you can learn more about heart disease, nutrition, healthy cooking, mental health, Eastern medicine alternatives, types of breast cancer and more. Do you have health questions that you've always wanted to ask your doctor, but didn't? Come to the Health Summit and visit 'Ask the Pharmacist' to get those questions answered!

To be inspired, get your seat in the auditorium by 11:00 a.m. where Pastor Lucious Smith from Friendship Baptist Church will be speaking on 'Healthy Mind, Healthy Body, Healthy Spirit.'
