Pasadena City College will be closed on Fridays this summer, from June 18 through August 11, as part of cost-saving and environmental measures.

The new schedule was reached through agreements with all of PCC's collective bargaining groups to pilot a summer, where classified and non-instructional certificated employees will work four 10-hour days per week.

Students and the community will continue to be able to access information, apply for admission, and access PCC online services seven days a week through the college's website at www.pasadena.edu.

The campus will resume a five-day workweek on August 12.
