An appeal to the Pasadena City Council of a proposed T-Mobile antenna array on an existing wood utility pole at the northeast corner of Grand Avenue and California Boulevard has been rescheduled at the request of the applicant to Monday, January 9 at 7 p.m. in the Council Chamber (S249) at Pasadena City Hall, 100 N. Garfield Avenue.
