Mold your own mini sculpture at the California African American Museum (CAAM).
Immerse your hands in clay and become inspired by the sculpted art in "Places of Validation (POV):Art & Progression" CAAM's latest exhibition.
This exhibition consist of photographs from personal albums and institutional collections that represent historical documentation of places, events, personal relationships and interactions among artist, supporters, advocates, collectors, educators and historians between the years 1945 - 1980.
POV is ongoing at CAAM through April 1, 2012.
All ages, races and communities are welcome to join in on this exclusive art workshop.
Art materials are provided by CAAM, this event is free and open to the public.
