Learn about the relationship between American Indians and African Americans through this culinary demonstration peppered with morsels of history. 

Fustion Garnished with Spirit and Soul is an appetizing program that features two dynamic chefs, one American Indian and one African American.  Together they will take you on a culinary exploration providing tasty samples.

Free and open to the public at the California African American Museum, 600 State Drive, Exposition Park, Los Angeles, CA on Saturday, April 16, 2011 at 2:00 p.m.
