“Taking Control of Your Health Destiny” will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2009, at The Jackie Robinson Center, 1020 North Fair Oaks from 10:00am to 2:00pm.

The event will include health screenings, panel discussions, raffl es, food and activities for children.
