Councilmember Jacque Robinson, Lincoln Avenue PAC, and Northwest Commission invites all residents, businesses, non-profits, faith leaders, and other stakeholders to a community meeting unveiling the Draft Lincoln Avenue Specific Plan.

The Lincoln Avenue Specific Plan will establish a vision and guidelines for new development, land uses, and public improvements along the 1.3-mile section of Lincoln Avenue from West Mountain Street to the City's northern boundary.
