Rediscovering Hope – Thursdays, December 5, 12, and 19, at 3 p.m.
The holiday season is especially difficult for anyone trying to cope with the loss of a loved one. Talk with others experiencing their own grief . . . or just listen. You are not alone. Incontinence: The Unexpected Leak – Thursday, December 12, at noon.
Urinary incontinence can be inconvenient and embarrassing, yet nearly everyone experiences it eventually. Activities such as pelvic exercises and improved eating habits can be beneficial. Attend this informative talk presented by Huntington Hospital and learn what you can do.

Health Fair – Friday, December 20, from 9 to 11 a.m.
Glucose screenings (with two-hour fasting required) and blood pressure and hearing screenings are among the services offered. Health fairs take place the third Friday of every month. For more information call (626) 685-6732.
Friday Movie Matinees – Fridays, December 6, 13 and 20 at 1 p.m.
Great movies can take us to different places and times unlike anything else. December 6 – "Awakenings" (1990) starring Robert De Niro and Robin Williams; December 13 – "Barefoot in the Park" (1967) starring Robert Redford and Jane Fonda; December 20 – "White Christmas" (1954) starring Bing Crosby, Danny Kaye and Rosemary Clooney.
