Time Warner Cable Recruitment

Time Warner Cable was recruiting Thursday, September 13, 2012 at the Goodwill Job Service Center on 14565 Lanark Street in Panorama City, CA.  They expected applicants to dress professionally and bring copy of resume for an interview.  The position was for a customer care/sales representative and was a full time job, 40 hours per week at $12.60 hour plus commission and benefits.  The job location was in Hollywood.  Qualifications were:  High School diploma or GED equivalent required 2 years Commission sales experience expected. Must demonstrate strong oral communication skills. Must demonstrate excellent database skills, including the ability to enter customer information/orders accurately and navigate through multiple screens. Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends and split shifts, due to business need. High Volume Call Center experience preferred.
