Pasadena’s High Schools’ Family Reunion & BBQ-Picnicpalooza 2009”

Mt. Curve and Horseshoe Pavilions at Farnsworth Park, in Altadena. (If the estimated attendance exceeds park capacity, there may be a change of location. This is a "Pay to attend" event. Gates open at 11am, with food service from Noon to 6pm, event concludes at 8pm.

This event is for ALL GRADS from ALL HIGH SCHOOLS, from ALL YEARS, and their families, from the 1930's to the present.

All reunion planners, from all classes, from all 3 high schools, Pasadena High School, John Muir, and William Blair, who are currently planning, or are about to start planning your reunion for 2009, here's your chance to have most of the planning done for you. ALL are invited to take part in this event. By putting together your Class Reunion Area for your school class at the event, you can save your group $. Logistics are already planned. Only a group commitment is needed to participate.
The cost for one person is $20, a couple (2 people) is $30, and a family of 4 is $50. Each additional person is $10.

The ticket price includes buffet style food service and beverages. (Take Out available) A 50%, Non-Refundable Registration Fee, is requested with each registration form to cover the advanced costs of the event. Receipts will be sent to you as your forms are received. All deposits will be credited to your group's ticket costs

Also click the email button on the form and the info is emailed directly to the event planners. Please respond ASAP.

All payments should be made out to: "Patty Kennedy-ACCT# 9282136948" and please put "BBQ Res. Deposit" or "Res. Payment in Full" in your "MEMO" line or "ACCT NO" area of your check or money order.

This IS a Family Reunion/BBQ-Picnic, and all of your favorite BBQ-Picnic cuisine is slated for service. (Vegetarian food too!) All musical entertainment and activities are included in ticket cost. Bring your card tables, folding chairs, games, and blankets are welcome. A list of rules will be sent with your return receipt.
The event planners are also looking for anyone who would like to volunteer their professional services (Security, EMT, Nurse, etc.) for the event. If you will volunteer, please contact Mark Smith-DuCre' (pronounced "Dew Cray") at 702-762-5190.

Local business can also support the event through the "Community Business Park" by making a contribution in return for a place to set up a promotional table to promote your business.

The event is being planned by Royal Chef Culinary Services, Las Vegas, owned by Mark Smith-DuCre' (Blair Class of '73). Local culinary students are being recruited for internships, to participate as prep cooks and servers.

We hope to see a lot of "Old Friends" and meet some "New Friends" too!
